Khalq undertook a full-scale renovation to prepare the club for an international sporting event, ensuring every facility met global standards of performance, safety, and aesthetics. The project encompassed key sports areas including the 1,200 sqm basketball court, 800 sqm shooting court, and 900 sqm archery and fencing zone along with upgrades to the reception areas, common zones, team locker rooms, and bathrooms. Works included installing specialized sports flooring, epoxy systems, and new wall and ceiling treatments, as well as refurbishing spectator seating and VIP stands. The locker rooms were redesigned with modular cubicles and a mix of wooden and tiled finishes, while VIP bathrooms and lounge areas were completely remodelled for a premium experience. Additional upgrades included granite, pavers, carpet flooring, and skirting to unify the space with a polished, professional finish.
